Delivery Policy — Medici Books
This Delivery Policy explains how we process, dispatch, and deliver orders placed with Medici Books.
1. Order Processing Time
Orders completed and paid for before 12:00pm are usually processed on the same working day.
Orders placed after 12:00pm will normally be processed on the next working day.
Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or UK public holidays.
During busy periods, seasonal demand, or special releases, processing times may be slightly longer.
2. Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier performance.
United Kingdom
Standard Delivery: 2–5 working days after dispatch.
International Orders (including United States and Ireland)
Europe and Ireland: 5–10 working days after dispatch.
Rest of World (including United States): 7–20 working days after dispatch.
International delivery times may vary due to customs processing and local postal services.
3. Shipping Costs
United Kingdom
We offer free standard delivery on all UK mainland orders.
International Orders
Shipping costs for international orders are calculated at checkout based on:
- Destination
- Parcel weight
- Delivery service selected
Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
4. Customs, Duties and Taxes
For international orders (including United States and Ireland):
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees required by their country.
- Medici Books is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or clearance procedures.
5. Order Tracking
Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Some international shipping services may not include full tracking.
6. Delivery Issues
If your order is:
- Delayed
- Lost in transit
- Marked as delivered but not received

7. Incorrect Address Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery details are accurate at checkout.
We cannot accept responsibility for:
- Orders delivered to addresses provided incorrectly by the customer
- Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate address information
8. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Where possible, please include photographs and your order number.
We will arrange a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution in line with your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
