Processing Times

Orders completed and paid for before 12:00pm are usually processed on the same working day.
Orders placed after 12:00pm will normally be processed on the next working day.
Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or UK public holidays.
During busy periods, seasonal demand, or special releases, processing times may be slightly longer.

Delivery Rates & Times

United Kingdom (Mainland): Free Standard Delivery on all books. Delivery takes 2–3 working days via Royal Mail.
Ireland (Republic of Ireland): Shipping costs a flat rate of Free. Delivery takes 3–7 working days via An Post / Royal Mail International.
United States: Shipping costs a flat rate of $16.15. Delivery takes 8 working days via USPS / Royal Mail International.
Canada: Shipping costs a flat rate of £13.00. Delivery takes 8 working days via Canada Post / Royal Mail International.
Europe (Green Zone): Shipping costs a flat rate of £10.50. Delivery takes 7 working days via Local Post / Royal Mail International.
Australia & New Zealand: Shipping costs a flat rate of £24.00. Delivery takes 8 working days via Australia Post / NZ Post / Royal Mail International.

European Green Zone includes: Åland Islands, Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Iceland, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Svalbard & Jan Mayen, Sweden, Switzerland and Ukraine.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders (including the US, Canada, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and Ireland), customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees required by their destination country. For EU and Ireland orders under €150, local VAT is collected securely at checkout via IOSS.
