Delivery Policy — Medici Books
This Delivery Policy explains how we process, dispatch, and deliver orders placed with Medici Books.
1. Order Processing Time
Orders completed and paid for before 12pm are usually processed the same working days after payment is received.
Orders after 12pm will be processed the next working day
Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or UK public holidays.
During busy periods or special releases, processing times may be slightly longer.
2. Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier delays.
United Kingdom:
Standard delivery: 2–5 working days after dispatch
International Orders:
Europe: 5–10 working days
Rest of World: 7–20 working days
Please note that international delivery times may vary due to customs processing or local postal services.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
Destination
Weight of order
Delivery method selected
Any shipping charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders:
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees required by their country.
Medici Books is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
5. Order Tracking
Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Some international shipping methods may not include full tracking.
6. Delivery Issues
If your order is:
Delayed
Lost in transit
Marked as delivered but not received

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or events outside our control.
7. Incorrect Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the delivery address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for:
Orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
Delays caused by incomplete or incorrect address information
8. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos where possible.
We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
